The apartment was a lot smaller than advertised. I paid for a one bedroom apartment, however the booking was then confirmed as a one bed open plan apartment.
Nice and clean apartment
They charge me twice the fee for the room on my credit card and I still have to get my money back
I had an impression that staff are quite friendly and sincere. Room was comfortable and very clean. It would be nicer if hotter shower was available. I would definitely like to stay again.
Bed had a thin foam mattress which meant the frame could be felt through it. In addition the a/c did not work in the room and the window could be opened so it was too hot in the room.
close to olympia
minimalist kitchen, strange doors with no handles, no mugs, teapot, decent size saucepans, tea towel
Very well designed and comfortable apartment hotel located very near a large supermarket and the tube so self-catering was a breeze.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great apartment. Had everything I needed and within easy reach of main tube station.
a convenient location for activities in west london
fixtures and fittings could have been to a higher specification
I thought the interior desing was attractive and both the bed and sofa was comfortable
There was no electrical socket near the table. The room was dreadfully cold, admittedly the external temperature was low, but this is no excuse, there must be major flaws in the thermal insulaiton for the room to be so cold. I had both the oven, the hob and the heater supplied on and it wads still cold.
Excellent but heating very poor which undermined the whole experience
Its Not Kensington this is missleading its Earls Court very much so
I dont like the fact that they clean the rooms once a week !!!
Good hotel let down very badly by poor soundproofing between rooms We were kept awake from 1am to 3am by neighbours playing loud music and partying. The hotel must enforce a sensible guest stay policy. Our stay was ruined by this aspect. I will not take this risk again and stay which is a huge shame because otherwise the accommodation and price were extremely good Sort out your guest rules, guys!!!
Our unit was clean. Was close to buses and the tube. Was also close to some shops and resteraunts.
The combination washer & dryer was a complete disaster. After 4 hours still did not get it to work properly, even after a visit by staff. Most of the wash we hand dryed in our unit. All of the doors in the unit opened without hardly touching them.If you closed one cabinet another two would open.Really frustrating. Also microwave did not work properly. To get it to work had to reset the breaker numerous times.Even though our unit was clean based on these problems we would not recommend Earls Court to others.
The room was very spacious and practical. The showers were very spacious.
There was some building work happening that we weren't advised about and there was a mix up with our room that was rectified eventually.
Location is very good only 8 mins walk to earls court train station which is on the line which runs from the airport. Its in zone 2 which enables you to buy a zone 1 & 2 ticekt and travel as much as you want via bus or train to all touristy destinations. There is a tesco 2 mins away so great for all food shopping. Rooms very spacious and modern. Security is at the hotel over night very safe area to stay in and for london prices jsut right
Staff could do a bit more in regards to check in early if possible like offering to call you on your mobile if room is ready early.
